Couldn’t recommend Anthony enough. Like many buyers agents he’s knowledgeable, has his finger on what’s happening with the property market and is proactive in finding opportunities that meet your brief. This is my first time using this type of service, I have owned property for 40 years, have always done the leg work myself but the current market after 3 months of unsuccessful searching defeated me.Anthony did an amazing job in sourcing and negotiating for my new property.The current market is very volatile making it very difficult to work with your budget to secure the right property for the right price in the right location. Anthony managed to get all 3 for me....off market and at a very reasonable price. Anthony works with facts, stats + the numbers do not lie.... anything you want to pay above the numbers is your choice but you are given the true market value by Anthony.Anthony also managed the real estate agents which can be exhausting....in all worth every cent....highly recommend.
